Flapjacks and Flannels

This party was inspired by our very own lumberjack, and hairiest guy I know, MY LITTLE BROTHER!!🧔🏽🌲❤️ this party was all Blake’s idea and we think it turned out so cute!! Blake has helped us with TONS of our bigger projects over winter break. He’s legitimately into woodworking and he’s super good at it! He’s probably happiest when he’s building something in the garage.

Also, fun fact, I gave a PowerPoint presentation about my brother to all the baby hooties at Chi O in college. So, let this also serve as my PSA for any cute single girls looking for a lumberjack man, in the Houston area, 21 years or younger, Blake would be a great boyfriend!! We want him to move back to Houston after college so we need your help!! PS. You’re welcome @blakeevanhowell 😂😬 please don’t kill me for this!

Pancakes for dinner? YES PLEASE!! 🥞☺️❤️ we decided to use little boys flannels as our placemats and we thought the result was super cute!! What do y’all call breakfast for dinner? Is your family team brupper or brinner?? We’re team brupper because that’s the correct term, obviously!

Can you believe we got this whole FOREST of trees from @walmart for $30!!!!!! They are having a major sale on leftover Christmas trees, the little dudes were just $5!!!!!🌲❤️🌲❤️🌲 Also, thanks boys for letting us borrow your axe and use it for decoration on our mantle! Hope you guys are enjoying the weekend! The weather is BEAUTIFUL here in Houston and we are LOVING it!!

Also, isn’t this flapjack bar fun! Our flapjacks were made with @kodiakcakeswhich are so good and filling! And we had all the fixins to top them off with. We think it would definitely get the Swanson seal of approval!
